1. Product Return Conditions

However, remember that to be returned, the product must be:
-Unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging.
-The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. No products are returnable

Product returns/refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

-Used or damaged products.
-Digital products or downloadable items.

3. Refund Process

-The refund will be approved after our team checks the product.
-If approved, the money will be refunded to your bank account/mobile banking/payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

Instead of a refund, you can exchange the product for the same price or an additional price (with additional money if necessary).
